Sports are often seen as a way to compete, stay active, and have fun. At Brisbane Mahimit Mandali, our Church Sports Event 2026 became much more than that—it was a day of faith, fellowship, and unity. From the very beginning, our goal was clear: to play for His glory.
The event brought together members of all ages, creating a joyful atmosphere filled with laughter, encouragement, and friendly competition. Whether on the field, supporting teammates, or helping behind the scenes, everyone participated wholeheartedly. It was a wonderful reminder that every member of the church family has a valuable role to play.

Although there were many exciting games and memorable moments, the true victory was not measured by scores or trophies. Instead, it was seen in the love, respect, and encouragement that everyone showed one another. We were reminded that our abilities are gifts from God, and when we use them with humility and gratitude, they bring glory to Him.
One of the greatest lessons we learned during the sports event was the importance of forgiveness. In any competition, there can be misunderstandings, mistakes, or moments of disappointment. Yet, we chose to respond with grace, patience, and forgiveness, reflecting the love that Christ has shown us. These moments strengthened our relationships and reminded us that unity is always more important than winning.

The sports event also helped our church grow stronger as a community. Spending time together beyond our regular worship services allowed us to build deeper friendships, welcome new members, and create lasting memories. Through teamwork, shared laughter, and mutual encouragement, we experienced what it truly means to be one family in Christ.
We are deeply grateful to God for His protection, guidance, and blessings throughout the event. We also thank every volunteer, organizer, participant, and supporter who made this day possible. Your enthusiasm, service, and dedication reflected the heart of our church.
As we look back on the Brisbane Mahimit Mandali Church Sports Event 2026, we thank God for allowing us to come together in fellowship and joy. May the lessons of teamwork, forgiveness, and unity continue to strengthen our church family. Above all, may everything we do—whether in worship, service, or sports—always bring glory to His name.
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31
We look forward to many more opportunities to grow together, serve one another, and continue playing for His glory.
